Color Wheel
Overview
Essentially this project was a practice to help with the general understanding of the color wheel, how its connected, and the basics of creating and exporting on Adobe Illustrator. It was a simple, yet fun project to get warmed up with.
What I Learned
In creating my color wheel I have become pretty adjusted to Adobe Illustrator. I think it was a pretty easy transition anyways though since I have already gotten familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro. I've gained a good understanding of tools for selection, color, shapes, and text. I also have learned the differences and advantages to various file types like PNGs, GIFs, and JPEGs through the exporting process.
What I Would Keep the Same / What I Would Have Changed
Im pretty happy with the end result of my color wheel. Honestly there wasn't a lot to customize, and in result not a lot to like or dislike about the outcome. I like how bright but not obnoxious my colors look, I noticed some people's were a little more dull and just pulled from the preset palette. The only thing I don't like about how this turned out is the guidelines didn't help me to make all the text and shapes white perfectly aligned. I don't think it's that noticeable though.
